All Australian orders are dispatched via Australia Post. Once your parcel has been handed over to the courier, delivery timeframes are estimates only.

All international orders are shipped from our Australian warehouse. We charge a flat $30 shipping rate for DHL.

DHL shipments are fully trackable and allow delivery preferences to be managed directly with DHL. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking details and airway bill.

For orders placed outside of Australia, your shipment may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local fees imposed by your country. These charges are not included in your order total and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery if applicable.
