Returns & Exchange
If you change your mind, you may request a return within 14 days of
receiving your order, provided the item is eligible.
To qualify for a change of mind return:
- Items must be unopened, unused, and unworn
- All original packaging, tags,
and accessories must be intact - The item must be in resaleable condition
To initiate a return, please email returns@milivineboutique.com within the 14-day period. Returns sent without
prior approval will not be accepted.
Please note:
- Items that show clear signs of wear, use, washing, or damage will not be accepted for return
- If a returned item is deemed worn or used, the return will be declined and the item will be sent back to you
If your item arrived damaged or you were sent the wrong size/colour, send us an email at returns@milivineboutique.com
within 48 hours. Be sure to include your order number, a quick description of the issue, and a photo so we can make it right.
Return postage is at the customer's expense (unless the item is confirmed as damaged or incorrect). We recommend using
Australia Post with tracking. Packages which have been lost in transit will not be refunded or exchanged.

Any duties, customs, or taxes paid on your original order won’t be refunded by Milivine if you return your item.
You may be able to claim a refund through your country’s customs office. We recommend checking with them directly for next steps.
Once we receive your return, please allow up to 7 business days for our team to process your return .
Please allow another 10-14 business days for the funds to returned to your original payment method.
We can't refund your funds to any other payment method other than the original one that was used
